Relational Therapy

At Gathered, we specialize in relational therapy. This approach looks at the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how we move through the world.

For individuals

We explore the relationships and experiences that have shaped how you see yourself, express your needs, set boundaries, handle conflict, and connect with others. Together, we can untangle old patterns, build self-trust, and practice new ways of showing up in relationships without losing yourself in the process.

For couples

Therapy creates space to slow down the cycle of conflict and understand what is happening underneath it. We look at communication, attachment, expectations, needs, boundaries, trust, intimacy, and the patterns that keep you stuck, so you can decide what you want your relationship to look like moving forward.

For multi-partner relationships

We make room for the complexity that comes with navigating connection, commitment, communication, boundaries, jealousy, autonomy, and shared expectations among more than two people. Therapy isn’t about fitting your relationship into someone else’s definition of “normal.” It’s about creating relationships that are intentional, consensual, sustainable, and aligned.

For groups

For those interested in group therapy, we offer a wide range of support spaces on a rotating basis. Therapy groups include but are not limited to:

  • Mindfulness-Based Substance Use Treatment (MBSAT)
  • Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TI-CBT)
